How pity works in Zenless Zone Zero
Exclusive Channel Estimate
On the Exclusive Channel, each pull has a 0.6% base chance of a 5★. From pull 74 the rate rises by 6 percentage points per pull (soft pity), and pull 90 is always a 5★ (hard pity). On average a 5★ takes 62.3 pulls. Each 5★ has a 50% chance to be the featured Agent. If it is not, your next 5★ is guaranteed to be featured.
The soft pity ramp is assumed to match Genshin/Star Rail; ZZZ only publishes base, consolidated and hard pity.

On the W-Engine Channel, each pull has a 1% base chance of a 5★. From pull 65 the rate rises by 6 percentage points per pull (soft pity), and pull 80 is always a 5★ (hard pity). On average a 5★ takes 49.9 pulls. Each 5★ has a 75% chance to be the featured W-Engine. If it is not, your next 5★ is guaranteed to be featured.
The soft pity ramp (from pull 65, +6% per pull) is a community fit to the official 2.0% consolidated rate.
